Cycle In Cinema

Imagine a Drive In Cinema without the Cars…

The audience cycles to the event and plugs in their bicycles to custom designed generators.  MRA’s pedal powered cinema system will use 8 bikes and 16 legs to power a cinema projector and audio equipment for screening films in the centre of Sydney.  This event is putting a new meaning to the expression 'people power.'

The first night will be curated by Queer Screen to tie in with Mardi Gras celebrations.  The second two nights will screen films selected by the Sydney College of FIne Arts.
