Transition Newcastle AGM

The Annual General Meeting of Transition Newcastle will be 7:15 pm Tuesday 28 March 2012 at the Baptist Church, 108 Lindsay Street, Hamilton (opposite Gregson Park). At the meeting we will:

1. Confirm the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting and of any special general meeting held since that meeting,
2. Receive from the committee reports on the activities of the association during the last preceding financial year,
3. Elect he convenor, co-convenor, treasurer and secretary and two ordinary committee members,
4. Receive and consider the financial report.

 After the AGM we will show some short videos and enjoy some supper. We hope you will come to reflect on the past 12 months and prepare us for the coming year.
