Examples of sustainable local food systems in the world eg. farmers markets, food box systems, food coops, community gardens and farms, school gardens and home gardens.

Learn to preserve your bumper harvest of fruit and vegetables at our wonderful pickling and preserving workshop.  Led by Joy Edmonds from the Yunung Community Garden, participants will get hands on experience in the lost art of preserving and pickling.

$10 per person, including tasters and morning tea
